Hi {{contact.first_name}},
Last week I mentioned the shift we’re seeing toward hybrid restorations. Today I
want to get specific.
A Florida GP practice we work with has been sending us C&B cases for two
years. Solid volume, consistent work. Last year their implant-placing surgeon
started seeing more full-arch patients and needed a lab that could handle the
prosthetic side. They didn’t want to split their work across two labs.
So we walked them through our hybrid workflow: NeoGuide to plan and guide the
surgery, with the NeoTemp provisional built in, then the final NeoPrep restoration.
Their first hybrid case used the same scan they’d always sent us. The difference
was what we built from it.
Six months later, hybrid cases are 20% of what they send us. Same team, same
digital setup, different case mix.
The practices adding hybrids aren’t doing it because it’s complicated. They’re
doing it because it isn’t, once the lab knows what it’s doing.
If you’d like to see our hybrid work up close, we can schedule a sample meeting
and bring examples to your office, no obligation.
Next week: what a hybrid case actually costs, and how to think about the pricing
conversation with patients.
